Easy Nutrition 30 Day Challenge

The Easy Nutrition 30 Day Challenge is a simple, practical and effective way to lose weight, feel better in your clothes and get your healthy eating on track! Personal nutrition coaching, meal plans, loads of recipes and accountability are the core of the challenge. Add in a group of fantastic new friends that do the challenge with you and you have a fun, inspiring, powerful way to meet your health goals.

The Easy Nutrition 30 Day Challenge is simple (but not easy)

The 30 Day Easy Nutrition Challenge is pretty simple (although not necessarily easy). There are three rules that you should follow:

1. No processed sugar (white sugar, brown sugar, added sugar, candy, pop, sports drinks, etc.)  

2. Real food only, no pre-packaged meals (KD, chicken fingers, pizza in a box, burritos, anything from the frozen meal aisle) 

3. Fruit and/or vegetables served at every meal

A full list of allowed and not allowed food will be included in the 30 Day Family Food Challenge package.

Our start date is Monday, April 9 with a prep week, and the actual challenge starts on April 16 and ends on Wednesday, May 16.

During this time you will have full access to me, a Certified Holistic Nutrition Coach, through email and our private Facebook group. I will be available to answer all questions, help with strategies and to guide you when desired.
