Easy Nutrition workshops engage small groups of people in discussions about specific nutrition topics. The following workshops are available for corporate, parent and fitness groups. Please contact us if you are interested in hosting one for your group.

Child Nutrition

This 3 hour workshop discusses strategies to get your kids to eat a variety of food and to end the food wars. Discussion includes food guidelines, how to create good eating habits, and how to get your kids to eat more vegetables and less candy. At the end of the workshop you will take away an action plan you can implement immediately that will help your kids become healthy, happy eaters.

Nutrition for Athletes, and those that aspire to be Athletes

This 6 hour workshop discusses the nutrition fundamentals for active people. Regardless of activity and fitness level, this workshop will guide you in increasing your performance levels and achieving your fitness goals. In the workshop you will learn which nutrients are most important for athletes and how much of each you need, we will also discuss current diets that are popular, such as Paleo and The Zone, and how to best utilize them. At the end of the workshop you will have a better understanding of your nutritional needs and how you can utilize proper nutrition to optimize your training.
